“When the sidewalk at my house had buckled upward over 5 inches due to a large tree root, I knew I had to do something about it quickly before some innocent person tripped on the hazard and got hurt. But I dreaded going through the process because I wasn't sure what could be done exactly to make the repair. I was also afraid of the likely cost. Still, I found Marcello Family Cement Work searching on the internet and I decided to give Marcello a call. From the very beginning, I was thoroughly impressed with his and his firm's responsiveness, quickness in getting back to me and setting up an inspection, and just about every other detail of the project. Marcello gave me a very fair quote, he promised to get out to do the work in only a few days, he promised a completely professional and quick process, and he delivered on ALL of his promises at an A+ level. I cannot begin to say what a great guy Marcello is, and what an honest and great company he heads. Aided by his own father, and several additional workers, he showed up right on time to do the work, and carried through exactly as he promised. On top of it all, he gave me lots of good (and free) advice regarding several unrelated other concrete issues that I showed him elsewhere around my house. After they were done pouring the concrete, Marcello and his crew also set up barriers with warning flags so no neighbor walking the sidewalk might inadvertently step on the freshly poured new concrete. And he gave me short and long term care advice on how to keep the sidewalk damage free over time. (Who knew not to put salt on it in the wintertime?). As I now write this, I have a new beautiful sidewalk fully installed outside my house and all I need to do now is wait until tomorrow morning for the new concrete to cure and become walkable. I am 100% satisfied with Marcello and his company. You bet that I will use him and his company again, and I could not more highly recommend them to others in need of concrete work around their homes and businesses. A+”

This year I had a plumbing problem under the sidewalk in front of my house by the street and he responded to my phone call for help the same day. I was overwhelmed and uncertain what had to happen with the concrete after the plumbing repair and Marcello assured me that they could handle everything for me. The work exceeded my expectations.
